Cement blanket is a soft cloth impregnated with cement, which reacts with water and hardens into a thin layer of waterproof, fireproof and durable concrete. Cement blanket agricultural irrigation canals, industrial and civil drainage ditches, railway embankment drainage ditches and highway drainage ditches are widely used. Pay attention to the following matters when laying:

The cement blanket must first be planned and measured to ensure a certain slope so that the water can flow smoothly from the upper end to the lower end; second, after the construction site is cleaned and leveled, the construction line should be set according to the design drawing, and the drainage slope should be re-measured.

Set up the construction line according to the design requirements, the sides of the ditch need to be leveled, and there should be no virtual soil and voids on the slope in the ditch. The water-damaged parts should be tamped, and the debris in the slope should be removed. If necessary, use Panax notoginseng lime soil for tamping treatment, or sealing after grouting reinforcement, and the stability of the treated parts should be good!

The material can be laid vertically and horizontally. Be sure to tidy the substrate, otherwise it will affect the appearance quality!

Dig a pit with a width of 10 cm and a depth of twice the cement blanket at the overlapped area of two adjacent cement blankets, and put the cement blanket joints at the overlapped area and flatten them. Press the upper cement blanket on the lower cement blanket along the direction of the water flow, and the overlap should not be less than 10cm. Apply sealant evenly on the joints. Fix the two cement blankets with Φ 5*38mm stainless steel screws.
